‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Phyllis Newman (Michelle Stafford) and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will soon team up when a dangerous situation forces them to rethink their feud.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Phyllis And Sharon Will Be In A Life – Or Death – Situation
Recently, Phyllis has been telling anyone who will listen that Sharon is Heather Steven’s (Vail Bloom) killer, and she framed her son, Daniel Romalotti Jr. (Michael Graziadei), for murder.

However, circumstances are about to change as the two women will be thrown together thanks to Jordan Howard (Colleen Zenk) and Ian Ward (Ray Wise).
TV Insider recently interviewed Y&R head writer Josh Griffith, and he hinted that impending circumstances make them work together.
“Sharon and Phyllis will be thrown into a life-or-death situation where they’re both going to have to reevaluate their relationship,” Griffith explained.
In the December 30th episode of Y&R, Jordan chloroformed and kidnapped Sharon, and we all know Jordan and Ian will frame Phyllis for the crime.
Jordan was instructed by Ian, and since Jordan regards Ian as a mentor, she will listen to him.
We predict that Phyllis discovers Sharon being held captive. She will try to rescue Sharon, but Jordan catches them, and Phyllis becomes a hostage like her nemesis.
Jordan and Ian are twisted, so it’s entirely possible they imprison the women and put them somewhere no one could ever find them.

That’s where Phyllis and Sharon will team up. They have no option but to help each other and make it out of this ordeal alive.
If Phyllis and Sharon are stuck together somewhere, it may give them a chance to talk. Phyllis will hopefully see that Sharon isn’t responsible for Heather’s death.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Phyllis Must Accept Sharon Isn’t The Enemy
While Sharon framed Daniel, she wasn’t in her right mind. Phyllis may need to accept that Sharon isn’t the enemy here. Phyllis and Sharon could find a way to overpower Jordan and Ian and escape.
Hopefully, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) isn’t the one to save them; they have to save each other and themselves. Having Phyllis and Sharon join forces would make for a much more entertaining arc.
Both of them are strong women, and if Nick wasn’t involved from the start, they may have even become friends. Since Phyllis had an affair with Nick while he and Sharon were married, Sharon doesn’t exactly have the warmth and fuzzies for Phyllis.
Sharon also was responsible for Phyllis landing in a year-long coma in 2013. Sharon had changed the paternity results to make Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) the father of Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) instead of Nick. So, neither one of them has good reason to trust the other.
In the meantime, Sharon is in grave danger. Maybe Nick tries to get to Sharon once he realizes she’s missing. That doesn’t mean that his efforts will be successful, though.
We think Phyllis will be the one to find Sharon somehow. Whatever the case, the two ladies don’t have time to waste sniping at each other or rehashing the past. Phyllis and Sharon must put their heads together and outsmart Ian and Jordan!
