‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers that on November 4, Mark Grossman (Adam Newman) released the first photo of “my new baby boy,” who appears to be a German shepherd/pitbull mix, through an Instagram story. Whatever the pup is, he is adorable and looks like the perfect companion for the actor.
Given the drama that’s been following Adam around like a cloud of dust, Grossman is no doubt relieved to have a furry friend with whom to unwind after work. The black sheep of the Newman family is still in love with his long-lost love Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), despite the fact that she recently gave him his walking papers due to her involvement with his half-brother Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).

To say it’s complicated would be the understatement of the millennium. The fact that this isn’t the first or even second occasion Adam and his half-brother have fought over a woman adds to the complication. First, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) was the source of their disagreement. Then Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) and now this.
While on-screen, his life looks like a mess, it’s nice to know that he has a normal, sane life off it. Plus the rumors that he is indeed dating Courtney in real life further fans’ love for him and they are cheering the two of them on. While we haven’t heard confirmation from either of them, they have appeared together in numerous photos and we can definitely say that they seem to be dating!
Congratulations to Mark on the new dog and we hope to see more photos of them joined along with Courtney!
