‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) is being a hypocrite while dealing with Ashland Locke (Robert Newman). However, after Ashland faked his cancer to get in close to Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) in an attempt to take control of Newman Enterprise from the inside, and even lied to Harrison saying he was dying. This is what’s pushed Kyle over the edge, but isn’t he missing something here?
“Kyle, Michael, and Ashland all gather for a rather interesting conversation in regards to Harrison.”
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) Being A COMPLETE Hypocrite While Dealing With Ashland Locke (Robert Newman)
There seems to be another storyline happening at exactly the same time where Kyle has accepted his mother back into his life who claimed she had died and disappeared from his life for decades. Ashland lied, yes, and he’s a terrible person, but he didn’t fake his death and ignore his child for decades. Yet, Kyle has found forgiveness for his mother?
Viewers reacted to his hypocrisy saying, “How is what Ashland did lying to Harrison any worse than what Diane did to Kyle? hypocrite much? Kyle”, “So let me get this straight Kyle is forgiving Diane and wanting to give her a second chance and have her be a part of his life and Harrison’s even though she faked her death for years, but Ashland is monstrous and shouldn’t be anywhere near Harrison…ok.” and “This is all about Victor Newman sticking it to Ashland because Vicki still loves him. So he wants to take Harrison away from him by way of pompous misguided Kyle. Diane Jenkins hasn’t proved she’s changed so how does she get a chance but not Ashland?”
