‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that people have been wondering if Dominic is actually being played by Melissa Claire Egan’s (Chelsea Lawson) real-life son that was just born! The actress took to Instagram to discuss the matter.
In her stories, she did a huge Q&A and took questions from everywhere, however, the very first one was wondering if Dominic was her real-life son she just had, Caden Robert Katrosar. However, the answer may disappoint you.

Egan responded to the question in her Instagram stories saying that it wasn’t him, and in fact, Caden probably would not be appearing on ‘The Young and the Restless’, at least not for a while. While it was a good question and one that we would have loved to be true, it’s simply not.
However, this does mean that we should keep an eye out for young Caden in the future! And, we’re just thankful that they have an actual child as Dominic now, as the block of wood they were carrying around before was embarrassing, to say the least.
Her latest photo on Instagram shows Caden and fans couldn’t get enough of it, commenting, “caden looks so precious. love that hat on him too it’s adorable 😍”, “such a beautiful baby boy. So very happy the the both of you cute little family enjoy every precious moment hun.”, “Love this pic! He’s a doll”, and “What a cute little blessing! I love the outfit. I’m anxiously awaiting Chelsea’s return to Y&R!!!”
We also look forward to seeing Melissa Claire Egan and wonder what Chelsea Lawson will do upon returning to Genoa City!
