‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R)spoilers show that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) may be taking things just a touch too far, but at the same time, fans love seeing her in this type of crazy. While she was talking to Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), he managed to walk away without his phone. How many times has this happened?
Of course, Phyllis took the opportunity to snoop through it and saw that he had some flowers delivered and she used that information to call and hear Diane Jenkins’ (Susan Walters) voice on the other end. She promptly hung up and immediately texted Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) that she had found them.
“Phyllis discovers where Jack and Diane are hiding, and notifies Jeremy.”
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Has Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) Gone TOO Far? Sets Up Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters)
This has put Diane in a ton of danger, not to mention the dangerous game that Phyllis is playing with Stark. She knows how dangerous he is and what he’s done and plans to do, but she still continues to stand by his side. Phyllis has lost a lot already, like her relationships with her daughter, Summer Newman (Allison Lanier), and then Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). But, this is definitely not the answer!
Has Phyllis gone too far by working with Stark and has her hatred for Diane blinded her to the point that she’s not thinking clearly? I think so, and I don’t think she’ll be coming out the other side of this any happier.
In fact, I think she may be worse off than she already is! Stark will continue to use her and when he’s finished, throw her to the side of the road, leaving her completely alone. Her story with Diane has gone on for far too long, and now Diane seems to be getting everything she has dreamed of, while Phyllis is falling down a dark hole.
