CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers says that it looks like Y&R producers are still indulging us in classic weddings, and on June 19th, viewers got to watch Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) tie the knot for the 100thtime. The episode first aired on March 18, 2013 and though the on-again off-again couple was in marital bliss, there seemed to be an unknown threat around the corner.
On their wedding day, Nikki jokes that this is the last time the pair will get married. These two may be the most romantic or foolish couple in history! Regardless, their wedding was beautiful and filled with love. Despite another round of vows, Victor’s life is threatened for (also) the 100thtime. Senator Wheeler (Mark Pinter) is hiring a hitman. He wants Victor dead.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Yet Another Nictor Wedding
At Jabot, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) looks out for her brother and expresses to him that his relationship with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is a terrible idea. Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) explains that Phyllis was a great support during his difficult detox. However, Ashley isn’t buying their tumultuous relationship. Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) attends the wedding of his parents with a date that (shockingly) isn’t Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) or Phyllis. Apparently, Nick has strayed from his love triangle a time or two.

The family makes conversation with Nick’s date, but realistically everyone is convinced that he will eventually end up in the arms of the blonde bombshell or the feisty redhead. Only time will tell. In this episode, Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman) is keeping her options open as she flirts with a Genoa City stranger. What a way to wrap up the week! What did you think of Victor and Nikki’s wedding? How did it compare to the others?
