‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for December 12th: Elena Informs Nate That Devon Wants Amanda Gone

‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, December 12th, 2019 indicate that the impeachment hearings are still a thing, so there might be some pre-emptions still, but don’t worry we at DSD will keep you updated on whatever you miss! Looks like things will be starting off with Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) telling Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) all about her current problems. She related to him that she has reached out to Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) in order to start off on the right foot with her but he won’t be pleased to hear that Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) is still pretty much hell-bent on having Amanda leave town but he hasn’t disclosed the full reason why yet.

As it turns out, Amanda’s face is haunting him in his dreams, because she looks so much like his late wife, Hilary Hamilton (Mishael Morgan) he dreams about her turning from Hilary into Amanda and it’s driving him crazy. Later, Nate will even drop by to lend Devon a listening ear and let him work through his feelings but it looks like that’ll backfire and Nate won’t end up making any progress after all. The only thing Devon will admit to is the fact that having Amanda around has been difficult. Devon knows that Nate is determined to give Amanda a chance, so he’ll just keep his mouth shut.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Victor delivers the goods

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will have a special delivery for him however, awhile back Devon asked Victor to dig up all possible info on Amanda and now he’s coughed up the goods. Of course Devon is interested, especially in the shady bits, he thinks that this is his way of getting rid of Amanda for good. As it turns out, she is on the run from an abusive ex. This could mean trouble for everybody involved if Devon starts barking up that tree.

There’s also going to be some changes happening over at Jabot Cosmetics. Yes, we know that the company just went through a massive overhaul but surprise, surprise, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) isn’t satisfied and wants to do even more! This will make Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) pleased as a peach and he will shake Daddy Jack’s hand at the end of these revelations enthusiastically. Then he’ll go out and toast to his own success, but what does this mean for the success of Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson)?  Looks like the changes occuring at Jabot won’t be so kind to him because let’s face it, at this point anything that makes Kyle happy is going to be an automatic sabotage to Theo.
