The Young and the Restless Chelsea Newman

‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers finds that for a lot of long-time viewers, they feel as though we’ve been here so many times before that it’s starting to get pretty tiring. And no, we are not talking about all the times that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) has complained, wined, or stomped his feet when things haven’t gone his way. Instead, we are talking about Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) and how she can’t seem to make up her mind between Nick and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). For many ‘Young and the Restless’ fans, they think it’s high time that the writers have moved on to another and more interesting storyline. Here’s what they have to say.

‘Young and the Restless’ spoilers indicate that Chelsea will once again have a hard time deciding who she wants to spend the rest of her life with. Or rather, who she wants to get up close and personal with underneath the sheets. But for viewers, enough is enough. They want the characters to all move on already.

A lot of fans have expressed their dismay by writing, “This show needs new script writers; I’m gonna check with my assistant at work and see if her two-and-a-half year old is available as I suspect that would be an upgrade,” along with, “Colin stole all of Devon’s money, billions of dollars, but the show is focused on whether Chelsea will sleep over with her sociopath ex-husband and her sociopath-to-be son? The ex who almost killed his father two months ago? What??” “Yup. And all these two person convos with a bunch of dull, poorly written characters–Nick and Devon, Chance and Abby, Adam and Chelsea, Phyllis with insert-any-character-here,” someone also said. If that weren’t enough, another fan wrote, “I wish CBS could/would ponder a future without Josh Griffith, Anthony Morina and Brad Bell.” Ouch! That one has got to hurt.
