‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) is smiling ear to ear after getting partial custody of his “son” Dominic and is celebrating with his girlfriend Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan), however, not everyone is as happy as he is.
Namely, the viewers watching the show have found his attitude and actions abhorrent and it doesn’t even feel like the same Devon we’ve watched grow in front of our eyes. He thinks he’s doing the right thing because he has people enabling him and he’s used Chance Chancellor’s (Connor Floyd) situation against him as leverage to get Dominic. It’s, in one word, disgusting.

Fans commented on the situation saying, “It’s so cringy hearing Deavon call him “his son”.”, “The fact that Devon used Chance ‘s disability against him was disgusting and wrong!”, “I just wish Devon would stop calling the baby his son,he has NO RIGHTS to the baby. In my opinion Devon is trying to replace the baby he lost with Hillary. HELL he has Hillary’s twin(lol),the only thing missing is the baby and now we have the Winter’s name into it.”, and “Abby never sought out Devon. He volunteered and against Amanda’s advice, he signed away any rights he may have had. On top of that, he was seeing Dom quite often and naturally he caught feelings. Sorry dude, that’s not how this works. No take backs. You’re being greedy and selfish and he better lose this bs case.”
Hopefully, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Michael Baldwin (Christian Le Blanc) will be able to counter this insanity and keep Dominic right where he’s meant to be.
