‘The Young And The Restless (Y&R)’ spoilers show that there are a lot of ideas and theories going around about who the real father of Harrison is and it’s mostly boiled down to Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) or Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson). However, with many already ruling Kyle out as they believe Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) is playing him, it leads to the question, how did the DNA test get swapped and did Tara switch Kyle’s or her son’s?
A thought that came up while looking through the internet was the similarity between Theo and Kyle’s DNA. They’re both biologically related, right? I’m no biologist and some of my short internet research said that when a paternity test is taken, usually saliva is taken and split to find the chromosones. While it’s improbable, it looked like it was possible that it could have read that it was Kyle’s child when in fact, Theo’s DNA might have matched as well… it is a soap after all right?

The other, more likely, theory is that Tara swapped out Harrison’s DNA test when she got the test taken for him. Possibly with something she had found at the Abbott’s house that had Kyle’s DNA on it, like a whiskey glass perhaps? The more we find out, the more likely it looks that Harrison is not Kyle’s son, but it leaves the question, who’s son is he?
