‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that there is speculation that Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) might be concealing baby Ava. Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) suffered the loss of her baby and is currently mourning.
She holds Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) responsible for the heartbreaking decision, as he opted to save Sally’s life when there was no chance of survival for their child.
Some fans have been questioning Elena’s whereabouts, and there are even claims that she might have taken off with the baby. This would make Sally’s storyline much less upsetting and give her something to fight for knowing that Elena has her baby after all.
However, it would create a terrible dynamic between the characters and would make Elena an even more unlikable character.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Did Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) Actually TAKE OFF With Baby Ava?
While there are some fans that believe she took Sally’s baby, many are just now realizing that she hasn’t even been around. Elena has been a background character for a long time and rarely popped up to make a difference in either Devon Hamilton’s (Bryton James) life or Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) life. Now though, she has been very forgettable.
Though, maybe that was her entire plan. Maybe she felt so left out from the men in her life over the years and always being the second fiddle that she wanted to make a big splash, or at least have someone that needed her and wanted her around. Queue Ava. Ava would need someone to take care of her, and Elena would fill that role and feel wanted.
It would be a dramatic twist in the storyline, but something that I think could very well happen. It would spice up the storylines a little and we wouldn’t have to feel so upset about Sally and Adam losing their little girl. It would give them something to grow together over and hopefully, they would end up together like they’re meant to be!
