‘The Young and The Restless'(Y&R) Spoilers: finds that some people have a 6th sense about when they’re dying. Some people just know when their time on this earth is up. Of course nothing scientific has ever been proven when it comes down to it, but some people do seem to have remarkable premonitions about this type of thing. Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) latest diagnosis on ‘Young and the Restless'(Y&R) had us thinking that maybe, just maybe, she knows something the rest of us don’t?
Now, before you all go shouting at me, just hear me out. It’s very early in the game and it looks like Sharon caught things kind of early. Right now there’s just a lump in Sharon’s breast, lumps are sometimes benign and aren’t cancerous at all. To determine whether or not a lump is cancerous, one has to get a biopsy done. And that’s exactly what it looks like Sharon will be scheduling next, aside from her doctor’s appointment.

‘The Young and The Restless'(Y&R) Spoilers: Could Sharon Be Dying?
The way she looked at little Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) and when she told her to expect a lot more hugs in her lifetime, that made me think that maybe, just maybe Sharon has a feeling that this doctor’s appointment is not going to go well. Maybe she had a premonition of her own mortality and that is why she was holding onto Faith (haha no pun intended) just a little bit more than usual. Faith is usually away at boarding school but you could tell that Sharon was reluctant to let go this time. Could this culminate in Faith being around more if this diagnosis turns out to be cancerous?
That could be a thing. It could also mean that Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) could also step up and be the dutiful daughter and help out. Could this potentially mean wedding bells for Sharon and Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso)? If Sharon thinks she’s dying and really wants to seize the day, as it were, they could very well tie the knot just to spend her last few months on earth as man and wife, if they view their relationship like that. Now that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is single again and Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) is with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) again, could this be an opening for Sharon and Nick once more?
Think about it, sometimes illnesses will break a relationship. And since Nick is in need of comfort and Sharon will be in need of comfort soon, it would make sense that they would lean on each other. Especially if Rey were seemingly withholding affection or if they were in a fight. Nick is still licking his wounds from losing Chelsea to Adam ultimately, so the question might come up again eventually.
