‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) is not one to stop trying and back down. This was proven yet again today as he continues to fight for Ashland Locke’s (Richard Burgi) company and met with him in his hotel room.

While Ashland didn’t “laugh him out of the room”, in Billy’s words, he was receptive to an offer. Billy wrote down a number on a piece of paper and left. However, it wasn’t just any number, and as we find out later by Lily Winters’ (Christel Khalil) reaction, it was quite large.

‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) Continues To Push Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) – How Big Was The Number He Wrote Down?

If it was such a ridiculous number that Billy and the company don’t have, how does he plan on getting it should Ashland say yes, and what’s his end game? Is Billy even really after the company anymore, or does he just want to see if Ashland will bite and gauging his health so they can put out a story on him?

I don’t think buying the company is Billy’s only goal, and he’s thinking ahead but what does this prove? Is he trying to get a reaction from Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) as well and try to get more information out of her?

I tried downloading a clip of the scene and playing it by frame by frame to see what exactly Billy wrote down, but I couldn’t figure it out unfortunately. I couldn’t tell if it started with a 5 or a $ and it honestly looked like words more than numbers.

What do you think? Do you think Billy has a chance at attaining the company or was Ashland just playing ball with the guy? Let us know in the comments below.
