‘The Real Housewives of Orange County’ spoilers say that when it comes to the viewers, they want to see their OG’s. There are new reports that say the ratings for the RHOC Season 15 debut saw a massive drop in viewership, prompting many people to believe that the show just isn’t the same without some of its original castmates, including Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge. Even though the new cast is either blonde or brunette, fun, dramatic, and maybe just a little bit on the crazy side, it’s just not the same without Vicki and Tamra, who were both the show’s longest running stars.

The housewives that did come back include Shannon Beader, Kelly Dodd, Emily Simpson, Gina Kirchenheiter, Braunwyn Windham-Burke, and newcomer Elizabeth Vargas. However, the season premiere saw a 25 percent drop in viewership compared to the season premiere from last year.
Of course, it didn’t take very long for viewers and critics to comment on all of the changes that have been made with the cast this season.
One person took to their social media account to write, “I think Housewives in general are just done. Everyone is bored with the whole concept. And there are way too many, much better, streaming options to waste time on Bravo. I suspect Bravo is going to get another major overhaul because of their over-reliance on a concept that is dying.”
Another fan wrote, “The biggest mistakes have been with casting … First Gina never should have been cast as she is a NYC person and not from the OC. Next, Kelly has created a pretty big fan backlash that Bravo has refused to address since Spring and it just hit them in the you know where, and finally many fans rejected Brauwynn outright last season and Andy repeatedly rejecting that reaction and that he knew better… So 350,000 viewers walked out on the franchise.”
