Tinsley Mortimer, who is best known from The Real Housewives of New York, has stated how life had passed her by during the time with her former lover, Scott Kluth.

Sources told Us Weekly that Tinsley felt she should have gotten rid of Scott sooner: “Tinsley feels like she wasted four years of her life on Scott. Tinsley shouldn’t feel blindsided when she was aware it was over months ago.” By the sound of it, things had not been well for a while. Since they got together in 2017, they had continued to split up and reunite on a regular basis.
But there was no way back, with both parties deciding that it was best to go their separate ways. The source added: “Maybe it actually sunk in last week, but Scott did not blindside her. They have not seen each other since the beginning of January. They did not spend Valentine’s Day together. He’s been living alone since January.”
So the decision to split was clearly the right one, but not one without its hurdles. It was only in 2019 that the couple had moved to Chicago in order to start a new life together. But destiny had other plans with the couple unable to work out their differences. So when the split was announced, Scott made sure that he let everyone know it was for the best. In a statement at the time, he said: “This was an incredibly difficult decision.
“But it is one that I believe is best for both of us. I will always care about Tinsley, and I sincerely wish her happiness and success in all that she does in the future.” Despite stating that the break-up was in their interests, Scott has been left in a very bad place since.
By all accounts, his mental health has been affected, given that he visualised a long-term future with Tinsely. An insider confirmed as much: “He’s been trying to move on and deal with the emotions of the breakup. He’s heartbroken. He thought they would get married and raise a family together.”
