The suit claimed that Tom and his law firm Girardi Keese “are on the verge of financial collapse and locked in a downward spiral of mounting debts and dwindling funds” and his “need to fund outrageous lifestyles for himself and his soon-to-be ex-wife Erika Jayne.” If that weren’t enough, the suit also claims that Erika and Tom filed for a “sham” marriage just so they could protect their assets.
And it seems like the only person who is willing to stand by Erika’s side now is her one and only friend, Lisa Rinna. “Lisa is the only friend left because this week’s episode is hard for her to watch with some of the women making fun of her,” one source told Page Six.
The site also said that no one knows if Erika’s legal problems will be addressed when she and her cast mates – which include Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, Sutton Stracke, Garcelle Beauvais and Crystal Kung Minkoff – will tape their reunion show.
