‘The Crown’ Season 5 and 6 spoilers indicate that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are going to be spared with the critics, or at least, in the fictional world of the hit Netflix series. That’s because there’s a new report that says The Crown won’t cover Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s relationship in the sixth and least season of the show. Here’s what you need to know.

According to Town & Country, series Peter Morgan says that at first, he and his production team weighed in on how they would handle Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s relationship, engagement, marriage and ultimately, Megxit from the royal family.

However, there are now reports that say the last season will focus on the administrations of John Major and Tony Blair. Seeing how Tony Blair’s term as Prime Minister ended in 2007, that is a decade before Harry and Meghan met in 2016, which means that fans won’t be seeing any of the Megxit drama playing out on the show.

However, Morgan says that he’s happy he made the right decision as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s story certainly isn’t over yet. As a matter of fact, some would say that it has only gotten started. “The Meghan and Harry story is nowhere near over yet,” he explained. “And I’m happy that I’m never going to write it.”

Now, as far as what fans can expect for The Crown Seasons 5 & 6 remains to be seen. For now, The Crown Season 4 will premiere on Netflix beginning November 15. Harry and Meghan, meanwhile, are continuing to navigate their new lives in Los Angeles and hopefully in an unscripted way, too.
