‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers tease that there’s a good chance Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) might end up turning on his own son, Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). Up until this point, he was the only person that was willing and ready to defend and even vouch for his son, but it looks like Thomas’ shenanigans and dangerous behavior will force Ridge to make a decision that he would rather not make. Here’s what you need to know.
When asked if Ridge will turn on Thomas, actor Thorsten Kaye said while there’s a possibility, it’s not certain for sure.

“In a way, Ridge probably thinks he deserves a kid who’s not perfect,” Thorsten said in a new interview with CBS Soaps in Depth. “That’s an interesting question, and I don’t know the answer. You can’t escape your kid at the end of the day, and Ridge doesn’t want to. That love has to be unconditional. It’s what you sign up for as a parent. That makes him kind of blind to some of the stuff that’s going on right in front of him.”
But then again, even daytime television fans know that when it comes to the world of soaps, anything can happen. After all, there are only so many times that a person like Thomas Forrester can fake his death before his father puts his foot down and puts a stop to it, right? But according to Thorsten, it seems as though his character is limited to what he can do about his wayward son.
“Sometimes it feels like you don’t do as much anymore, but it turns out that our boss, Mr. Brad Bell, always finds a place for everybody,” he said of the show’s headwriter and executive producer. “So I’m glad it’s my turn.”
