When asked what he likes to watch (other than his favorite daytime television soaps, of course), Matthew says that it’s a sitcom that has become a true classic: Friends. He told CBS Soaps in Depth, “It al-ways makes me smile, and I love watching it on Netflix.”

Now, as far as how he likes to unwind after work, Thomas says that he takes a peaceful approach to unloading some of the stress he gets from his day-to-day routine. The handsome actor explained, “Meditation. It’s something I took up in the last couple of years, and it has changed my life.”
And believe it or not, Matthew has one country that is still on his bucket list that has some of his fans quite surprised. Now, the reason is because it’s one country where The Bold and the Beautiful is quite popular. As a matter of fact, it is one of the highest rated shows there. He said, “Italy! It’s next on my list. We were supposed to go last year over the Christmas holiday but then family friends had a baby and all the plans got thrown out. But, I am very excited to go to Italy.”
