The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers relate that there’s a big reason why Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy Forrester) is so popular with her daytime television viewers. Not only is she uber talented, beautiful, warm and friendly, but she also has a special way of connecting with her fans. While the actress was still pregnant with her son Rise, she often took to her Instagram account to ask her fans for advice on ways to kick start her labor and delivery. And now Jacqueline is opening up about what worked for her and what didn’t work.

Sharing a new photo of her and her son Rise, Jacqueline started off her post by saying, “Many of you asked how I induced myself…Well, I implemented a lot of your tips you gave me in an older post. Not sure if my baby came on his own or one of those things did the trick. FYI I don’t suggest doing some of these things before your due date. I was wayy wayyyy WAY past my due date and I really didn’t want to be induced in the hospital.”

Jacqueline then went on to explain that she tried several ways to induce herself naturally. She added that it was, “lots of walking, dancing, had raspberry leaf tea, sex, ate dates, spicy foods, did squats, had the pregnancy salad in Los Angeles at Caioti Pizza Café (something to do with the dressing/balsamic vinegar), got acupressure on my feet at Mommy to be Reflexology in Los Angeles, and had the Pregnancy Smoothie (I feel like it had castor oil in it but I’m not exactly sure) ONE OR ALL did the trick! Orrrr maybe none and he was just supposed to come on March 4thhopefully these tips help some of you pregnant women out there who are eagerly awaiting the arrival of your baby.”
