That’s because the two of them are keeping secrets from one another. However, little do Sally and Wyatt know they are keeping the exact same secret from coming out. Here’s what you need to know.
Sally might be potentially dying from a deadly disease, but she doesn’t want anyone to know about it. That’s because Sally has always been a fashion designer who has been tough as nails, so to speak. Plus, she’s also incredibly independent and doesn’t want anyone to see her at her weakest moments.

The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Sally And Wyatt Are back Together Again – But How Long Will Their Reunion Last?
With that said, Sally did break down and told Katie Logan (Heather Tom) all about her sickness. She told Katie to keep it between the two of them but it didn’t take Katie very long to tell both Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Wyatt Spencer that Sally doesn’t have much time left. This prompted Wyatt to make some drastic changes in his life. Not only did he put his relationship with Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) on hold, but he also asked Sally to move in with him.
And now ‘Bold and the Beautiful’ spoilers tease that while Sally is completely overjoyed (and if not also pretty relieved) that they are back together again, the moment she finds out that Wyatt knows about her disease the you-know-what will hit the fan. While there’s no doubt that both Wyatt and Sally have had their fair share of trust issues, Sally won’t be too pleased when she finds out that Wyatt had only reached out to her in pity. Or at least, that’s the way it looks like for her right now. Of course, fans will have to tune in to find out what happens next!
