‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers find that up until last week, it looked as though ‘friendly neighbors’ Katie and Eric Forrester (John McCook) were looking to make a romantic connection, making it a Logan Sister trifecta for the Forrester patriarch.
With Eric leaning on Katie– the slightly less intrusive Logan sister- hints of a love match were in the air, however, it seems it was all a red-herring now that Eric has fought for his wife Quinn and asked her to give up her Carter hall pass.
‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Rumblings Of A Katie Logan (Heather Tom) And Carter Walton (Lawrence St Victor) Hook-Up Gain Traction
Spoilers say Quinn will deny Carter’s request they run away together and stay with her husband, thwarting any idea that Katie and Eric were anything more than friends, dishing about their crappy marriages together.
Besides, Donna Logan (Jenifer Gareis) is holding a big ole torch for her ex-husband and Katie is no Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang), unflinching about which man she pursues, even if it’s her sister’s ex (or current) beau.
Katie is in the throes of being re-wooed by estranged husband, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), but in a surprise twist, it sounds as though Katie won’t accept Bill’s apologies this time, instead finding herself in the arms of another man- heartbroken Carter! It does make sense, both feeling as though they are playing second fiddle in someone else’s love story. Katie may just help Carter realize the same epiphany she has recently had- WE DESERVE MORE…and maybe each other?
However, not everyone (anyone?) will be happy with this pairing.
Spoilers hint that Brooke and even Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) are going to help Bill try to get Katie back, but we know they’d only do this if there was some sort of mutual benefit…and we think we’ve figured it out.
Now concentrate, this one has twists and turns.
Quinn and Eric are back together- Brooke and Ridge are unhappy. However, the person most upset about Eric and Quinn’s reconciliation is torch-holder, Donna. Brooke and Ridge will try to push Carter and Quinn back together, leaving Eric open for Donna, but if Carter is already moving on with Katie, the plan wont work. However, if Bill successfully wins back Katie, Quinn and Carter could go for round three, Eric and Donna would both be available to hook up again and the Buttinskies will move on to messing up other people’s lives because they have zero autonomous story lines.
At this stage a Katie-Carter hook up is more rumor than spoiler, but what do you think of the possibility?
