‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers find that poor Aunty Donna is little more than an offscreen babysitter for all her nieces and nephews these days. Now that she’s suddenly pining for her ex-husband–the currently being crushed by his wife’s infidelity Eric Forrester (John McCook).
The ‘as subtle as a sledgehammer’ foreshadowing happening during Friday’s episode is obviously no coincidence. Anyone with eyes can see that Donna will be there to help Eric get over his latest heartbreak now that he has learned of Carter Walton (Lawrence St. Victor) and Quinn Forrester’s (Rena Sofer) torrid affair.

On a different note, anyone with ears is begging Donna to NEVER call Eric her Honey Bear ever again.
It’s about time Donna gets a storyline. The only time we’ve really seen her in the past many months is when her sisters called on her to complete the coven and decide by throwing pieces of amphibian into their cauldron if Flo was worthy of joining the Logan clan.
Just kidding…that would be far too much of a storyline for Donna. Instead she sat by in almost complete silence as Brooke bullied everyone into following her lead.
Other than one short flirty moment with Eric in his office (that was deeply disapproved of by Quinn), Donna is as sparse on screen as the children she apparently spends all her time with.
Jennifer has been a semi-regular as Donna on The Bold since 2006 and its high time she gets more than one line per week. Even though its no “being held captive and having honey poured all over her as a bear is lured into a cabin to tear her apart”- a romantic interlude with Eric and a nice sparring with Quinn could be fun for fans to watch.
A lot more fun than taking Liam Spencer’s random offspring to the park every dang day!
