‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers document that helping complete a loved one’s work is a great honor. So, naturally, RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) agreed to help his dad with Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) final collection.
As viewers saw, Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) was hurt that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) was unwilling to change his mind. Ridge intends that RJ be the lead designer because he helped Eric create the initial sketches.
This storyline is currently connected to a developing romantic rivalry that could see Zende make a play for RJ’s new love interest, Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada). But including Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) in the fray would heighten the tension.

A natural next step in this storyline would be for Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) to be drawn into the drama. Of course, he has been lying low since being fired from Forrester Creations.
So, Thomas is not inclined to offer opinions that might stir controversy. He is focused on his realized relationship with Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and being an excellent father to Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri).
Hope is helping to keep Thomas steady. Unless she encourages him to offer his help to Ridge or believes he deserves to participate in helping to complete the collection, Thomas probably wouldn’t stir the soapy pot.

Noelle’s character appeared winced when she heard her mother say that Ridge asked RJ to help him. That came while Eric was in the hospital, fighting for his life.
Therefore, Hope probably did not want to discuss a subject that did not compare in importance. However, Eric has since been removed from the ventilator and regained consciousness.
It will be intriguing to see how Thomas learns about RJ’s task. While Atkinson’s character has restrained himself, his artistic background, like Zende’s, is part of the Forrester arsenal.

Zende has not shied away from this topic. He passionately suggested to Ridge that he should complete Eric’s unfinished designs.
Ridge appreciates Zende’s intentions and knows they reflect his heartfelt love for Eric. But Kaye’s character believes RJ deserves the work because Eric asked for his help to create the collection.
In short, Zende could introduce this topic to Thomas to apply pressure on Ridge. Doing so could create drama and mean that Thomas becomes part of the design team on B&B.
