‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers document that hiding a crime is terrible. But keeping a criminal act covered that led to a death is inexcusable.
So, the question becomes whether Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) can deal with what her husband did. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) learned that his son forced Emma Barber (Nia Sioux) off the road, which caused her car to crash and led to her being killed.
Meanwhile, Ridge has knowingly made countless excuses for Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). Ridge has been complicit, except for the brief period when he and the Forrester Creations Board fired Thomas.
‘Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers – Hope Logan Bought The Redemption Story
Hope Logan (Annika Noelle), like everyone who gave Thomas another chance, believes he is a changed man. That is easy because he never faced legal punishment for his crimes on Mulholland Drive.
Noelle’s character does not know Emma was driving to the cabin. She intended to tell Hope that the little girl, then known as Phoebe Forrester, was actually Beth Spencer (Jordyn Lynn Ariza). Emma would also tell Hope that Thomas knew the truth and pressured numerous people to remain silent.
Remarkably, these years later, Hope has forgiven Thomas for keeping Beth’s identity a secret. But she does not know Thomas was involved in Emma’s crash.
‘Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers – Ridge Forrester Protecting Son
Ridge pushed Thomas to tell him what happened on that infamous dark night. Atkinson’s character told his father he was trailing Emma but did not force her off the road. He claims she lost control while driving.
However, Thomas knows his headlights were shining in her rearview mirror. Any viewer knows how dangerous that scenario can be if they have been tailgated by a reckless driver on the other side of the screen.
While Thomas’ behavior during those moments in the plot is debatable, his actions following it are not. He got out of his car, looked over the side of the road, saw Emma’s crashed car, sported a sick, satisfied look on his face, and took off. He intentionally did not call for help because Thomas did not want to implicate himself and knew he was guilty to some degree.

Brooke agrees with Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). They do not feel Thomas and Hope have a future.
Lang’s character revived her love affair with Ridge in Rome, Italy, last summer. But their latest destiny could be jeopardized if she learns what Ridge did.
Hope is involved with a man who broke the law, which is tied to Emma losing her life. Brooke is distressed about her daughter and can imagine how she will react if Ridge’s protective actions are revealed on B&B.
