‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers reveals that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) has Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) pegged. He knows what Liam is up to and he calls him on it.
‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Accusations
Liam Spencer is getting involved in Finn’s marriage to Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Steffy and Liam were married before and share a child, Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras Mckinlay).
When Liam’s marriage to Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) fell apart, Finn did feel concern that Liam would interfere in his marriage, and he was right.
Finn doesn’t even know about the fact that Liam has kissed Steffy twice over the last few weeks. He has not forgotten their relationship and he does want her back in his life. When he saw Finn make eye contact with his biological mother, Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), he thought that was strange.
When charges were dropped against Sheila, Finn followed her out into the hall. She hugged him and he hugged her back. Liam thought this was odd, and he recorded it.
Instead of talking to his friend Finn about it, he showed Steffy. He said it was for her “protection”, but it really was to drive a wedge between her and Finn. Liam didn’t even really need to be at the trial, which did not involve him at all. He was inserting himself in their marriage just by being there.
‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Warning
Finn comes to warn Liam about messing with his wife. He finally puts Liam in his place, which Liam probably won’t understand. He calls Liam “a little puke” and tells him to back off because Steffy is “with a real man now.” Finn is not far off on this.
Liam has been acting pathetic. When he saw his wife that he supposedly loved, Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle), kiss Thomas Forrester (Matt Atkinson) in Rome, he just walked away. He acted all distressed but then proceeded to kiss Steffy.
If Liam was a “real man”, he would have stood up to Thomas. He would have confronted them right at the Colosseum to ask what was going on and why this was happening. He would have put his foot down about the relationship developing between Thomas and Hope.
All he has done is whine and complain about how wronged he has been. He hasn’t taken responsibility for his part in anything, and he hasn’t confronted issues head on. Finn was right that he didn’t come to him first to ask about the hug. He is a coward.
Do you think Liam will “get it” or will he still see himself as the victim in all of these situations? Will he still think that he has the right to mess in Steffy and Finn’s marriage because of Steffy’s need for safety? Are Liam and Finn going to come to blows?
