‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers show that it looks like Eric Forrester (John McCook) may be on his death bed and there’s not much that can be done.
While John ‘Finn’ Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) believes that he may have a chance to save him, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) seems to want to pull the plug and put his father out of his suffering.
While we have a hard time seeing the showrunners actually kill off Eric, it’s definitely possible, and we’ve seen major characters killed off before. However, we still think that there is going to be a miracle, and Finn is actually going to find a way to save Eric.
The question is, how is Eric going to feel about it? He’s seemed content with his end in recent days, and even Ridge seems to think he would rather be put out of his misery.

If Eric is saved, we think that he could end up bitter about living. This could completely change the whole character and throw some unique storylines our way. Eric may end up resenting his family, especially his son, as he seems he was ready to die.
This would create tension between Ridge and Eric, with Ridge pleading for his forgiveness and telling him to quit acting like such a baby. Of course, the fans would love to see Eric saved as well, as he’s been a staple of the series for decades. But, where do they draw the line and how could this play out if he is saved?
Finn better get his thinking cap on because he’s definitely about to figure something out, something that will save Eric. However, everyone else better get ready for a different Eric.
