‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers show that the healing process for Eric Forrester (John McCook) is going well, particularly since he was released from the hospital and is now at ease in his own home.
Even though he was content on the verge of eternity, Eric made the decision to go back to his family because he was keen to make the most of the time he had left.
But the impact of Susan Forrester (Susan Flannery) angelic visitation remains, creating a shadow that could affect his relationship with Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis).
Even though Eric has always praised Donna as his rock and acknowledged her constant assistance during his health struggles, their relationship may suffer as a result of their recent celestial encounter.
Another big love of Eric’s, Stephanie, may prove to be a roadblock due to their close relationship. Eric could struggle with the idea of continuing their relationship going ahead, his memories and feelings from his near-death experience coming to the surface.
Thoughts of Stephanie may be plaguing Eric as Donna gently brings up the concept of wedding bells, and he could find it difficult to go on such a trip with Donna or anybody else.

Another element that may influence Eric’s possible response is the slow rate of his recuperation. Considering his difficulties, Eric could choose not to commit to a relationship with Donna, believing that someone free of the same problems would be a better fit.
Eric could put distance between them and put an end to talk of getting married, even if Donna was steadfast in her commitment. If Eric says no, Donna, who is quite excited about walking down the aisle, will be disappointed.
Even while Eric really does love Donna, that may not be enough to force him to remarry. Eric may decide to put a stop to any marriage dreams due to the combination of his need for Stephanie and his feelings of inadequacy resulting from his slow recuperation.
