‘The Bachelorette’ spoilers find that Katie Thurston has always been a sex positive role model, ever since she alighted from the limo to meet Bachelor Matt James while clutching a vibrator.
30 year old Katie also hosts live TikToks and had accrued a large following before her ABC appearances as she discusses all things sex positive, including sexual experiences with ghosts (?)
‘The Bachelorette’: Thurston: Yes, There Will be Kissing. Yes, There Will be Sex.
The promos for Katie’s fast approaching season show a LOT of kissing, to which Katie explained that she “needed to make the most” of her limited time with her suitors.
“You can’t be okay with me possibly getting engaged in two months but not kissing on the first date,” she said. She does admit, however, that it is SUPER awkward watching herself kiss on the promos. “You never really see yourself kissing anyone,” she laughed. “So it’s like, ‘Oh boy.’”
Katie dished to People Magazine that she had tough choices to make as she had a fantastic group of guys. Even co-host Kaitlyn Bristowe had said the group of men lining up for Katie was, on the whole, very mature. Katie went on to tease People about her season saying, “a lot happened that I couldn’t have ever predicted.”
When talk turned to fantasy suites, Katie said with a shrug, “we’re all adults. I have sex! It’s an important part of the relationship in terms of the connection.”
Many fans of the franchise are upset that Chris Harrison will not be hosting this upcoming season but with both Tayshia Adams and Kaitlyn able to draw from their own experiences to help guide Katie, it will be different, yet interesting to watch.
