Robby Hayes has opened up on the restraining order that was filed against him by Jef Holm that would then go on to be dropped.

Jef, for his part, had accused Robby of turning up to his home in California without his permission. The former star of The Bachelorette claimed that Robby had no reason to enter, as his belongings had already been removed.
As such, these unannounced visits caused him fear, alarm and distress. But when things went into the courtroom, Jef failed to attend. Therefore, the judge dismissed the restraining order.
And now that issue has been put to bed, Robby could not help but give his own version of the story. In a statement given to Us Weekly, Robby claimed that the allegations were completely false.
The statement said: “[It was] a deceitful and perjurious false report. I’ve delayed my response to the media because of this concern for my safety and the safety of my belongings.”
Robby is justified in what he has just said. After all, if he was guilty, then there would be no reason for Jef not to attend. Although he might claim that he was worried about his safety or that he had a change of heart, he could have informed the court of his intention rather than not showing up.
And things continued in a bitter manner, as Robby accused Jef of throwing him out while he was on vacation. Therefore, Robby knew his defence would not hold up in court.
He added: “No wonder that Jef Holm didn’t show up in court to defend his false accusations. Perjury would inevitably follow.” The experience has left a dark cloud hanging over Robby, as it has tarnished his reputation. He will have a long way to go before he can redeem himself, irrespective of whether Jef was lying. But he is hoping that he can turn it around very quickly.
He continued: “Jef Holm completely disregards other peoples [sic] feelings, well-being or the consequences of his actions. I just want to be able to feel comfortable in my own home.” It will be fascinating to see whether Jef does fire back.
