Former star of ‘The Bachelorette’ Nayte Olukoya has rejected rumours that he had cheated on Michelle Young.

The duo, for their part, had decided to call off their engagement this month after having been together for less than a year. During the course of that process, speculation began to emerge that things were not well between the pair as Michelle was pictured without her engagement ring on.
While Michelle denied that there was any disharmony, by putting this down to a friend taking it off her finger, the fact that the pair’s break up was announced shortly after that event suggested that things were not going well.
But any claims that Nayte had cheated on Michelle have been brutally shut down. In his comments, Nayte said: “No, I didn’t cheat. Not every breakup needs to have someone to blame. Yes, many of you seem to paint me as a red flag/ f—k boy.
“But I’m actually a decent guy, and I only want to continue getting better.” This begs the question: what was the reason for the break up? Well, as of now, we are no closer to knowing the truth.
The two did make it clear that they were wanting to protect their privacy upon announcing the split. Not only that, but given that this split is still very fresh in the memory, it is not feasible to expect either side to come out with the full details.
However, outside of an explanation to the contrary, the split could have happened for the following reasons. First of all, the duo may have had different priorities within their lives. Secondly, as the cameras were no longer upon them, it is a completely different feeling when the relationship is taken into the real world.
Regardless of the reason for this break up, Nayte made it clear that his intentions were pure. His following comments confirmed as much: “Yes, I truly believed Michelle was my person.”
