For the first time since the South Park episode aired, Meghan Markle appears to be in a fragile state in public.
Meghan Markle Looks ‘Vulnerable’ In Her First Public Appearance Since South Park-Says Judi James
That is according to body language expert Judi James. Harry and Meghan were seen in Hollywood at San Vicente Bungalows, a highly esteemed eatery. The two were seen moving swiftly from their automobile to the restaurant entrance, with the former actress beaming as she entered the no-photo premises, which is restricted to members only.
Judi observed the infrequent public display by the pair and surmised that Meghan, at 41, appears “fragile” in the wake of the press reports concerning her spouse’s book and the South Park episode. The show illustrated characters modeled on Harry and Meghan on a “Worldwide Privacy Tour”.
With that being said, Judi noticed that Meghan was not in the best frame of mind. In her comments, she said: “Meghan’s body posture looks uncharacteristically vulnerable here. Looking undeniably stunning in her cape and pants she ducks her head and raises her purse high in a barrier ritual.”
Nevertheless, it is important to bear in mind the following points. First of all, given the huge media campaign that the couple had done via their various projects, it was always going to take some time before they adjusted back into the public sphere.
Secondly, given that the reaction to South Park has not been that positive, it is fair to say that these things could be on Meghan’s mind. Redfield & Wilton, a market research company, conducted a survey for Newsweek that revealed Harry’s approval rating in the US decreased to -10 since South Park aired.
Meghan’s rating has gone down even more to -17. The poll, which was conducted on February 19, showed that Harry lost 48 points and Markle 40 points since December 2021. So there you have it folks. What did you think about this?
