In her latest video, Trisha Paytas mentioned a comment in passing that raised a few eyebrows (since when does that not happen?), namely, she mentioned that she thought she might be getting scammed by an entertainment industry scam. People scamming other people by telling them they had gigs on big shows and things.
Trisha did not give much info about the actual scam, other than that she had heard it was a thing. She then proceeded to mention how she had gotten a few emails that seemed too good to be true for her, but that at one point she had been booked by the producers of the HBO drama Euphoria in order to tape a body positivity message.
Scam or did Trisha stick her foot in her mouth?
She said she had been booked and rescheduled twice, but that in the end it ended up not happening – that stands to reason, things in the entertainment industry can be relative at times.
She also said that around the same time she had gotten contacted by the producers of a big movie and had facetimed with the star and the screenwriter and such but that in the end that didn’t end up happening either.
She didn’t say which project it was and there were no hints given as to what big name star this was but that’s kind of in the NDA agreement one signs.
Then she said that these particular emails had happened pre-cancellation, and then her online cancellation happened… and kept happening… and then things magically didn’t manifest for her.
She didn’t come out and say it, but just from some grand powers of observation, it seems like she may have done a little thing called shooting oneself in the foot. It happens when you continually run your mouth online and get into big messy fights with co-workers and things.
The Frenemies battle was messy and really didn’t do her any favors, now all things coming to light about her past… well… things still don’t look good and one can kind of see where Trisha Paytas wouldn’t be a good look.. for any show, not just an HBO show, especially not one geared towards a teen and young adult audience – people have graduated from the 2010 mindset. Well, except for Trisha. Stay tuned!!!
