British Royal Family News tease that Prince Harry might have cleared his contact list right before he married former Hollywood star Meghan Markle. As a matter of fact, there’s a new report that suggests the Duke of Sussex cut off some of his mates during the same time that his wife was pregnant with their first child. While there’s no doubt that people certainly do change when they get married and start a family, some of Prince Harry’s friends say that they don’t appreciate being ghosted by the royal.
British Royal Family News: Prince Harry No Longer Has Contact With His UK Friends?
According to People Magazine, Harry supposedly cut off his friends a few month’s into Meghan Markle’s pregnancy with Archie Harrison back in 2018. Unfortunately, things haven’t been the same between Harry and some of the people he used to count as his best friends in his life.
“Most no longer even have his cell number,” says the insider. “They totally understand that men often drift from their friends after marriage, but there’s still a lot of resentment because they had been so close for so long.”
With that said, the one exception happens to be Harry’s friend Charlie van Straubenzee, who happens to be Archie’s Godfather. Now, whether or not Prince Harry will see his former mates in the future remains uncertain as he and Meghan have announced that they are stepping down from their roles as senior members of the royal family.
What’s more, the couple plan on splitting their time between their new home base of Vancouver and Frogmore Cottage back in the U.K. So far Prince Harry and Meghan Markle themselves have not made any comments about the report although at this point, it’s doubtful that they will.
