British Royal Family News says that while some people are ecstatic over the news that there is a new royal baby on its way, there are other people who are remaining completely quiet about it.
After Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank announced that they are expecting their first child together, proud grandmother Sarah Ferguson was quick to react to the news on social media. However, if there’s one person that royal fans and critics won’t be hearing from, it’s Prince Andrew.
British Royal Family News: Prince Andrew Remains Quiet Over Princess Eugenie’s Pregnancy
Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank are expecting a baby but if there’s one person who won’t be a part of the young tot’s life – at least not in public – it would be his grandfather, Prince Andrew.
That’s because Queen Elizabeth’s ‘favorite son’ and his reputation has been tainted with scandalous headlines thanks to his association with disgraced and alleged sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein and his right hand woman, Ghishlaine Maxwell. In fact, Prince Andrew was even no where to be seen during his daughter Princess Beatrice’s wedding to Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi this summer, too.
Meanwhile, Eugenie and Jack are absolutely ecstatic over their pregnancy and made their announcement on Instagram with a post that said, “Jack and I are so excited for early 2021,” with a baby emoji next to it. There was even a baby boy emoji next to it, prompting speculation that the couple might be expecting a baby boy.
While Eugenie, Jack, Beatrice and mom Sarah Ferguson are all very excited about the newest addition to their family, it looks like Prince Andrew will remain in the shadows, regardless of what he thinks about it. So far Buckingham Palace has made no comments about the pregnancy.
