British Royal Family News says that Meghan Markle believes she is the most trolled person in the world and that the trolling can sometimes feel unsurvivable. The Duchess of Sussex made her comments during an appearance on Teenager Therapy, a coming-of-age podcast for listeners under the age of 20.
According to reports, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex got candid with the podcast’s hosts for World Mental Health Day, which took place this weekend. Meghan said that she can’t wrap her head around the fact that there were so many people who left nasty, vile, mean and bitter comments about her on the internet, and only because she married into the royal family.

“I’m told that in 2019, I was the most trolled person in the entire world, male or female,” Markle shared. “Now, eight months of that, I wasn’t even visible. I was on maternity leave with the baby. But was able to just be manufactured and just churned out — it’s almost unsurvivable.”
Meghan also said that all of the false rumors can easily take a toll on a person’s mental and emotional health. She said: “We all know what it feels like to have our feelings hurt … to be isolated or othered.”
Meanwhile, Prince Harry said that while these last two years have been challenging for him and Meghan, he believes that it’s best for everyone to remain positive and optimistic about the future.
“There are good days, there are bad days, but I think putting your self-care as a priority is hugely important,” he explained. “Vulnerability is not a weakness, showing vulnerability in today’s world especially, is a strength.”
However, Meghan’s critics believe they have a simple solution for the trolling. Some comments from social media users have included, “Most trolled person…..badge of honor for Megs. Whilst I believe social media needs tighter controls as trolls and their cowardly anonymity need to be reined in, Megs has contributed to her own public demise. If you don’t like the trolling, simply get out of the spotlight,” along with, “Trolled? Nah. Observing your poor attitude towards others and berating you for it. That’s like me saying my parents trolled me for being cheeky. Reality check for Markle please!”
Another critic wrote, “According to whom? Who said she was the most trolled? I thought she never listened to praise or criticism. She is confusing trolling with free speech. It’s her way or the high way and she can’t accept that decent hardworking people who are struggling, now more so than ever before, don’t want to hear her pontificating, preaching her non stop, woke, word salad from her mansion with that nodding dog at her side.”
