‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ spoilers find that it’s out of the frying pan and into the fire for embattled star, Erika Jayne.
No sooner was her $20 million lawsuit for her alleged part in her estranged husband’s embezzlement case dropped, a new lawsuit has popped up.
This time Erika is facing a $2.1million lawsuit, this one claiming that, while she my not have been active in the embezzlement, she sure knew about Tom Girardi’s illegal activities.

The complaint filed last week accuses the 50 year and her company EJ Global, LLC, of ‘aiding and abetting’ Tom and his law firm Girardi & Keese.
Wording in the filing states the Pretty Mess author was ‘intimately involved in Girardi & Keese’s business dealings’ and therefore aware that Tom’s alleged victims were ‘funding her notoriously lavish lifestyle.’
Erika has made claim time and again that she knew nothing about her ex’s shady business dealings and that she is simply a scapegoat. ‘I’ve been the whipping girl for a lot of people and I’ve taken the beating in the public when others should be,’ she told E!’s Daily Pop
The reality star’s attorney has also released a statement on his client’s behalf saying, “The complaint is another misguided effort to blame Erika for the conduct of others in which she had no part. Erika has no law degree and never worked at or managed her former husband’s law firm.”
Though Erika was married to Tom for 21 years before a very sudden split only days before the allegations of his embezzlement went public, the attorney continued to assert, “Whatever Mr. Girardi or others at his law firm did or said to the plaintiffs in this case, Erika had no knowledge or role in any of it.”
It was further implied that this new lawsuit, filed by Kathleen Bajgrowicz, the mother of the late NFL star Chuck Osborne who never saw a cent of his settlement with the league, is merely a publicity stunt.
The words Ponzi Scheme also appears in the new lawsuit several times.
Erika is currently filming for the upcoming season 12 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
