Luann de Lesseps, best known from the Real Housewives of New York City, has stated that she was not shocked to see Tinsley Mortimer split up from Scott Kluth.

The duo had been engaged for just over a year, but they decided to call it quits. In an interview on the Getting Real with the Housewives podcast, she backed Tinsley to bounce back stronger. She said: “We all have to make our own journey, and this was part of her journey, and I think every experience leads you to the next place in your life.
“When you close one door, a new chapter opens. I’m sorry for her that it didn’t work out.” Looking back, it was probably right for the duo to part ways. When they initially got together, they broke up only after eight months. They struggled to iron out their differences, as both parties were looking to go in different directions within their lives.
Although they managed to find some common ground, which led them to reunite, things could not be resolved. As for Luann, she could see the writing on the wall. She added: “I hate to say that I was a little sceptical that it wouldn’t work out. I feel for her because I’ve kind of been, not in the same position..I was surprised but not shocked.”
Even though some time has passed since the split, Tinsley is still coming to grips with being a single woman. After all, she had mapped out her future with Scott. She even left the Real Housewives franchise in order to take her relationship to the next level by moving to Chicago with Scott. Now that this has backfired, it has left a gaping hole in Tinsley’s life.
An insider revealed: “Tinsley shouldn’t feel blindsided when she was aware it was over months ago. Maybe it actually sunk in last week, but Scott did not blindside her. They have not seen each other since the beginning of January.” Tinsley will clearly be hurting, but we are sure that she will be able to bounce back very soon.
