Teresa Giudice is in no way willing to depart from her profitable role on the Bravo series ‘The Real Housewives of New Jersey.’
Real Housewives of New Jersey (RHONJ) Spoilers: Teresa Giudice Denies Rumours She Is Leaving The Show
According to reports, Teresa received an $80K salary for the initial season of the RHONJ in 2009. In 2019, Radar Online stated that Giudice was making $1.116M – or approximately $62K for each instalment – to star in the 10th season.Â
Rumours have been circulating, though, that Giudice is planning on leaving the Bravo show, but she recently made it clear that she has no intention of departing the show anytime soon, despite her ongoing family feud with her brother, Joe Gorga and his wife Melissa Gorga.
After all, the latter duo had failed to attend Teresa and her husband Luis Ruelas’ wedding this year. In her comments, Teresa said: “I would never step away. I started the show. I’m never going to give that to anyone because I’m the one that started the show.
“Other people are trying to put that out there, like, “Oh, Teresa wants to leave.” It’s so crazy to me how people are trying to plant the seed that Teresa wants to leave the show.”
And yet, Teresa has been greatly affected by the fluctuating relationship between her and Joe over the years, especially after Joe made a hurtful comment about her current marriage at BravoCon in 2022. When asked which would last longer, Teresa’s marriage to Luis or his stand-up comedy career, Joe humorously answered the latter.
The fans on social media, though, had a different take on the matter. A certain subset of people were of the view that the show may be better off without Teresa on it since it would take away the toxicity.
One person wrote: “A very toxic woman. Ugly inside and out,” while another person stated: “The show would be better without her and those visually offensive kids.”
