UPDATE: Queen Elizabeth has passed away on September 8, 2022 at Balmoral Castle in Scotland. A message at Buckingham Palace says the “Queen died peacefully” this afternoon. Her family, including Prince William and Prince Andrew were seen rushing to the castle together in a car shortly before the announcement was made.

British Royal News suggests that the situation at Balmoral Castle right now in Scotland is not a good one. That’s because the entire royal family – including Prince Charles, Prince William, and Prince Harry are at Balmoral Castle so they can be by Queen Elizabeth’s bedside. Here’s what you need to know.

Buckingham Palace shared today, “Following further evaluation this morning, the Queen’s doctors are concerned for Her Majesty’s health and have recommended she remain under medical supervision. The Queen remains comfortable at Balmoral.”

Sources Say Queen Elizabeth’s Situation ‘Is As Grave As It Gets’

The Daily Mail royal columnist Rebecca English wrote on Twitter, “To summarize, all of the Queen’s children – Charles, Anne, Edward, Andrew – are either at the Queen’s bedside or traveling to be with her. Her grandson, Prince William, is also in Scotland. This is as grave as it gets, I am so sorry to say.”

Of course, it didn’t take long at all for both royal fans and critics alike to weigh in on the matter. Many of them also commented on Twitter with, “I hope she’s okay, and I don’t believe the last moments of her life will be witnessing her grandson with his wife, working to destroy what she took a lifetime to build,” along with, “God be with her. Queen Elizabeth is living history, the world’s longest reigning monarch, and the most powerful woman in the world. Possibly the most beloved. May God’s grace be with her through this. London Bridge is NOT ready to fall.”

Another fan wrote, “I must say that I’m glad, if this is happening, that she is at Balmoral–a place she loved so very much and which will also provide her family with some refuge and privacy.”

And then there was this comment, “Given her age it’s not a shock.  What’s sad to me is the country will be stuck with Charles.  If he had any morals, which he doesn’t he would abdicate for William.”
