And you thought your family drama was bad. There’s a new report that says Prince Harry was supposedly thrown out by his own brother Prince William after he realized that the two of them will simply never be on the same page ever again.
In fact, it was the Duke of Cambridge who supposedly made the decision to split their households back in March of 2019, as he just couldn’t deal with all of the drama that Harry’s wife Meghan Markle was creating behind the scenes. Here’s what you need to know.
Prince Harry Got Thrown Out By His Brother Prince William
A new report says that the future King of England took matters into his own hands when he found out that a bullying complaint was filed against Meghan Markle by her former communications secretary in 2018.
When William caught wind of what was going on, he became furious. That’s when he called Prince Harry to discuss the matter but unfortunately Harry hung up the phone on him.
The details of the fight are in the book “Battle of Brothers: William, Harry and the Inside Story of a Family in Tumult” by author Robert Lacey.
“The showdown between the two siblings was fierce and bitter,” the author, a royal expert and British historian, writes. “William believed Meghan was following a plan – ‘agenda’ was the word he used to his friend.”
The author adds, “Meghan was undermining some precious principles of the monarchy, if she really was treating her staff in this way, and William was upset that she seemed to be stealing his beloved brother away.”
Yet, Harry and Meghan deny that any bullying took place to begin with. In fact, they think this is all a calculated smear campaign by the British Royal Family.
During his conversation with Oprah Winfrey in their new Apple TV Plus series, The Me You Can’t See, Harry said that Meghan broke down because of the “combined effort of The Firm and the media to smear her.”
“I was woken up in the middle of the night to her crying in her pillow because she doesn’t want to wake me up because I’m already carrying too much,” Harry said, adding, “That’s heartbreaking. I held her, we talked, she cried, and she cried, and she cried.”
