Some major shockers about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s royal exit have been revealed to the world courtesy of Vanity Fair.
The magazine recently examined the past five years of their lives since stepping down as working royals in January 2020.
Prince Harry And Meghan Markle’s Netflix And Spotify Deals Are A Flop
The couple signed major deals with Netflix and Spotify. However, the burning question remains: how will they make money when their well of stories and lies about the royal family run dry?
Not much came out of their obscene 100-million-dollar Netflix deal besides their docuseries about their love story, released in December 2022.
Harry’s “Heart of Invictus” was inspired, but it fell flat and didn’t earn enough dough for the streaming giant.
Meghan’s animated series, “Pearl,” was unceremoniously dropped in May 2022. Other Archewell Productions supposedly in the works, like the film adaptation of Carley Fortune’s novel, “Meet Me At The Lake,” haven’t seen the light of day since they have been announced.
Harry’s new “Polo” series also received scathing reviews. The series only proved that polo is a cruel sport for the horses involved.
It took forever for Meghan’s new cooking show, “With Love, Meghan,” to come to fruition. Regarding Netflix, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle haven’t delivered the goods.
Their Spotify wasn’t much different. Meghan’s podcast show, Archetypes, was a big disappointment for the company, as it only led to one podcast.
Spotify axed its deal with the pair in June 2023. Here, we look at Vanity Fair’s bombshells about the “f-ing grifters.”
The Sussexes Montecito Neighbors Despise Them
The source said that if Meghan took responsibility for her part in situations instead of always playing the victim card, public perception of her may be more positive.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s Montecito neighbors refer to them as “local villains.” According to one of their neighbors, he tried to share a documentary with the Sussexes. He showed up on their property with a CD but was promptly turned away by their security team.
Since the couple moved to Montecito in 2021, their lifestyle seems only to include their little A-list celebrity circle, which includes Oprah, Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom, and Lilibet’s godfather, Tyler Perry.
Their neighbors also report that getting a walk-in booking is impossible at Lucky’s, the local steakhouse, a favorite of Harry and Meghan.
One of their neighbors described the Sussexes as “the most entitled disingenuous people on the planet.” Harry and Meghan supposedly left England to avoid the media and the press, but they openly invited publicity in the US.
Meghan has often been accused of bullying, which she vehemently denied. Two new sources have come forward and claimed that after working with Meghan on Archetypes, they needed long-term therapy.
Other sources made various claims, such as they needed extended breaks or left their job altogether.
Meghan Stole The Idea For Archetypes
Vanity Fair revealed that Meghan didn’t develop the idea of Archetypes. A source accused her of stealing the concept for the podcast from one of her employees.
However, they explained, “The employee didn’t own any of the intellectual property.” Spotify canceled Meghan’s show. The source said it was due to the podcast costing more and requiring more resources from the company than they expected.
Meghan has a “caregiver and facilitator role between the couple,” a source claimed and said that Harry has drastically changed since his relationship with Meghan.
They added,
“I don’t want to be like, oh, it’s an Oedipus thing, or whatever, but it feels like she’s reparenting him in a way.”
Harry was apparently unaware that his tell-all memoir, “Spare,” would cause such an uproar and upset with the royal family, especially when it was published during a public relations crisis between the Sussexes and the royal family.
It is not believed that Meghan didn’t know she would have to curtsy for the Queen. Meghan believes in “research and planning.” It is hard to imagine her meeting the royal family without so much as a Google search first.
Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Have Not Lived Up To Their End Of ANY Deal
The Sussexes are also notorious for their shocking lack of hard work. They do not live up to the lucrative commercial deals they’ve made since arriving in the US.
Time and time again, they fail to generate successful content and are gaining a negative reputation because of it. They have no original ideas and aren’t creative enough to develop anything authentic.
American Riviera Orchard, for example, was so close to Harry & David’s Royal Riviera Pears that Meghan’s trademark application for ARO was denied.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are all about making the maximum amount of money for minimal effort. From failed docuseries to memoir writing to jam-making to blatant exploitation, they have proven that they are desperate to remain relevant and in the spotlight while producing very little substance.
It should come as no surprise that countless sources call the Sussexes out for their laziness, poor attitudes, and hypocrisy.
