First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal a potential obstacle for JaSam. Last week, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) had a huge scare when her family nearly got caught in the Floating Rib explosion.
And Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was sure the attack focused on him. It seems that will lead to a major issue ahead, as Sam remembers something important.
We can’t help but wonder if Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) words about this relationship and the danger it put the kids in gets to her. Because Sam says, “What if I can’t live with it anymore?” in the promo.
Considering she was the one who wanted the family to get gone for now, we think Sam is re-evaluating some life choices. Personally, we think that would be a good idea.

Meanwhile, we think an… interesting time is ahead. It seems Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) invites Alexis to stay for dinner. Honestly, we can’t see this as anything but a mess.
After all, we mentioned Alexis called out Jason’s job when Sam lectured her about being a danger to the kids. Given the recent circumstances, we think some more truth bombs are about to fall. And Carly probably won’t take to them well.

Speaking of family gatherings, this one looks like it has potential. See, Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) hopes to play matchmaker. Something about the scene just screams Thanksgiving antics to us.

In other ‘General Hospital’ spoilers, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Laura Webber (Genie Francis) have a difference of opinion, presumably over Lulu Spencer’s (Emme Rylan) care.
He wants to know what the options are. We’re guessing there might be a risky procedure ahead to save Lulu. Either that, or one will be resigned to the worst. And we’re still not okay with this.
We’ll be honest—we did like the old Lulu better in the flashback episodes. Still, this is a big character and Dante just returned. It seems insane to end this character at such a huge moment. That’s why we’re still thinking a recast could be ahead. If not? This was a gutsy move that could backfire.

Finally, there’s Ava Jerome (Maura West). She’s furious with Julian Jerome (William deVry) after the Floating Rib attack. Especially knowing it harmed Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) sister. We think there might be some bad news for Lulu ahead—or more complications, because she wants him out by dawn.
