NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers reveal we don’t know a lot about Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson). He wasn’t really around much at all by the time we started watching. In fact, the only thing we can remember of the character is hearing Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) had gone to stay with him for a while.
He seemed okay to us at first. We loved his interactions with Lani Price (Sal Stowers), as well as the friendship that still exists between him and Claire Brady (Isabel Duarnt). However, his latest actions are giving us a whole other view of this guy, and we’re not liking what we see. Here’s what you need to know.
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Bad friend
First, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal we think he’s being a terrible friend to Ciara. While Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) is trying to get Ciara to remember her past and being very frank about Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and his progress, she’s also not exactly pushing Ciara. We like the approach, and it’s definitely showing her years and emotional maturity when you compare it to Theo.
By contrast, while not being outright cold to Ben, he’s not actually being supportive. A good friend would know that Ciara is a strong woman who knows her mind.
She also has a strong moral compass, so her decision to be with Ben should be taken seriously, in our opinion. But Theo doesn’t seem to approve, and he’s not exactly being the shyest about that. Which leads us to the clip in the weekly promo.

Ciara and Theo have been pretty close recently. ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal he’s been someone she’s comfortable talking to, and he brought her a favorite treat. Their easy interactions show why they were a thing before and how they stayed friends. But the promo for this week shows him seeming to take advantage of her trust and leaning on him.
See, the clip shows them kissing. We’ve gotten some off vibes through their interactions as well. Like maybe he’s looking to an old flame in the wake of a breakup. Here’s the thing. We don’t care what he thinks of Ben and Ciara. This is a married woman who can’t remember the past few years of her life.
That makes her both unavailable, as well as in a weakened and vulnerable state. Based off the vibes we’ve gotten, we don’t think this kiss is going an unintentional thing. And to us? That’s bordering on assault.
If he’s a decent person and a good friend, he wouldn’t even entertain the idea. We’ll have to see if that’s how it plays out. We’re hoping not, because, again, it’s a terrible thing for a friend to do.
This would also be in complete opposition to everything Abe Carver (James Reynolds) taught him, so we hope that if this happens, Abe will disapprove and let him know it.
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: The good
To end this on a positive note, we do love how Theo was wary of Chanel Dupree (Precious Way) right from the start. Not to mention how he basically walked away when Lani confirmed that Chanel was cut off by mom. It shows he has some sense in him, and we felt some genuine hurt. We just hope he’s not using that as an excuse to try and rekindle the past.
