The first, and perhaps most important one, might be between Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker). Here’s what you need to know.
Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, Ron Carlivati says that Eric Brady and Nicole Walker will finally have their opportunity to shine as a couple and of course, tie the knot. Even ‘Days of Our Lives’ fans know that it’s been a long time coming for the couple, who have been pulled in all different directions in the last several years.

He said, “The audience has been waiting to see Eric and Nicole get married for a long, long time. And also, because we had that missing year, we didn’t want to do it then. We made sense of it by saying Nicole felt so guilty that she was keeping that baby secret from him that she did not want to get married.”
Ron added, “We wanted the audience to be able to see it in real time and see the proposal, and ultimately see the wedding. But I will tease that it’s not just Ben and Ciara and Eric and Nicole. There could be wedding bells ringing for other couples in Salem. Prepare for wedding season.”
Not only are Nicole and Eric expected to tie the knot, but there will also be a ceremony for Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) and Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson). That is, if nothing gets in their way! Even ‘Days of Our Lives’ fans know that when it comes to life in Salem, you can always expect the unexpected.
