    NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers for August 5th reveal Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) is about to make a huge mistake, in our opinion. Meanwhile, suspicion continues between friends while Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) will get a surprise. Here’s what you need to know.

    So, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal a prison stint isn’t fooling Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey). Despite the fact she was supposedly in Statesville the night in question, Xander and Sarah believe Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) was playing Sarah again, courtesy of that Sarah mask.

    And from what we’re being shown, that is a possibility. And we just have to give a shout out to Xander’s crack about seeing Flea Markets with better security than Statesville. Because it’s so true.

    Anyway, to prove their theory, the couple will search for clues to prove who murdered Abigail Deveraux (Marci Miller). Chances are good they’ll break into her room. And even better that they’ll come close to being caught in the act. But we’re still not sold that Gwen is the actual killer. They’re making it too obvious at the moment for this to be the final answer.

    Speaking of the murder case, Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) grills Gwen. We liked the friendship they had, so we’re not too happy with this latest turn of events. It’s clear he thinks she did it and this is not going to sit well with Gwen. Expect a heated confrontation to happen, because what else could happen here? We’re guessing these friends won’t be so friendly for long. Especially if Gwen learns he stole those jewels.

    In other ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers, this is becoming old fast. Just one day after she stuck her foot in her mouth with Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker), Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) coerces Paulina into helping him. You don’t need to be an insider to figure out what he’ll want help with.

    For the record? We think Paulina would be wise to decline. Chanel DuPree (Raven Bowens) made her choice, and getting in the middle of things could cause tension between mother and daughter. It also shows us how two-faced Johnny is, as he did agree to respect Chanel’s decision.

    Finally, teasers say Maggie gets an eyeful at the mansion. We believe that can mean only one thing—Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) will make another appearance. And if it’s anything like his first appearance as Alex, we can’t wait. He’s fun.
