NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers find that star Stacy Haiduk is making the most of her free time right now. The actress, who is best known for her role as Kristen DiMera on the hit NBC soap, is practicing all of the yoga moves that she can while in self-isolation in her Los Angeles home. Stacy, along with the rest of the ‘Days of Our Lives’ cast, are practicing social distancing in the hopes that the soap world can do their part in helping curb the global pandemic that is the coronavirus. If there’s anything that we have learned about Stacy Haiduk over the years, it’s that she’s a big fan of mediation and of course, yoga. And if there was a time that we could also use a little calm and relaxation, it’s definitely right now.

Stacy shared a short clip on her Instagram account and captioned it with, “The power is inside us all!!! An amazing yoga class with @noelleyogini She is my favorite yoga teacher, and I am so blessed to come back to the mat and work with her throughout my journey!! Thank you Noelle for your inspiration and encouragement!! Love you! Love & Light!! Xoxo.”
Of course, it didn’t take long for Stacy’s fans to comment on her post. Quite a few of them said, “Wowzers! You are so beautiful, healthy, radiant. This is how you quarantine! I am using my maxi climber! That is tough enough for someone with a brain injury! And someone without!! So, while I can’t attend PT, I am living it up! I am hoping I can do the ring fit adventure next for the switch,” along with, “Amazing. Love the energy. I exercise and dance. Going to try more stretching.”
Another fan wrote, “Beautiful. I knew I liked you from the get go- love my yoga. Our classes are on line during this craziness. Yoga keeps me centered and grounded. We need it now more than ever! Love you yogini!”
