Of course, she knows that Xander had worked with a corrupt doctor to swap Kristen’s baby with Sarah’s dead newborn on the day they both gave birth at the same time. Plus, if Eric finds out that the baby he thinks he’s been raising with Sarah Horton is not his, that means he no longer has to stay connected to her.
