NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers say that Salem truly is a very small, if not also complicated and chaotic town to live in. Apparently, there’s a connection between Claire Brady (Olivia Rose Keegan) and the new girl in town, Gwen (Emily O’Brien), who just also happens to be Jake Lambert’s (Brandon Barash) ex-girlfriend. Here’s what you need to know.
‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers tease that while with Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal), she spots a flyer with Gwen’s face on it. Actress Olivia Rose Keegan, who plays Claire on the hit NBC soap, tells Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, “It’s the most random of evens that could happen. Ciara is a little apprehensive to believe Claire when she says, ‘I know this girl. She was my best friend at Bayview.’ All of a sudden, Claire sounds crazy, because it would be too random to happen.”

Later on, Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) shows up and Claire tells them enough of the story about Gwen for them to believe her. Olivia adds, “Claire has to be careful that she doesn’t sound crazy. It’s understandable how this sounds too out of this world to be real. She has to bring her argument back down to earth with lots of details and information that, hopefully, they will believe. Ciara and Ben both have a lot to digest because this is such an unexpected, weird thing.”
‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers also indicate that Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will track down her granddaughter, but afterwards heads to Bayview with Ben to see Gwen. Yet, Gwen turns up at John’s place to see Claire.
Olivia adds, “Claire is very torn about the situation. Gwen was the best friend she had for the past year and a half. She cares deeply about Gwen, but Claire also has the be on her best behavior. Everyone has done her a big favor by letting her stay at John and Marlena’s place. She has to make sure she keeps everything civil and safe and stays out of trouble.”
