British Royal Family News says that Meghan Markle is being warned not to make the same mistake as Johnny Depp. That’s because the two of them are both suing a British tabloid publication for libel. Johnny wants to clear his name as he doesn’t want the world to think of him as a ‘wife beater’ while Meghan wants to set the record straight about her personal relationship with her father, Thomas Markle, and what might or might not have gone on behind the scenes between the two of them.
But if there’s anything that Meghan should worry about, it’s all of the ugly, dirty, nasty, and incredibly messy things that are sure to come out, in the exact same matter that they have for Johnny and his ex-wife, Amber Heard. Here’s what you need to know.

Meghan is being warned by a prominent journalist to take a step back in her court case against the Mail on Sunday, which involves her father and a private letter that she sent to him that was ultimately published by the publication. Johnny, meanwhile, is suing after the tabloid rag suggested that he had gotten physical with Amber Heard on numerous occasions during their ill-fated marriage.
Maureen Callahan of the New York Post writes, “Johnny Depp, who has lived his entire adult life in the spotlight, has seen the smallest aperture widen out into a forensic examination of his alleged addictions, demons, and failings — accompanied by photos of him allegedly passed out, bloody and burned, insults scrawled in his own blood.
His public image, carefully cultivated over decades, has been blown to bits in just four days of testimony. Meghan Markle, ostensible spin doctor extraordinaire, should take heed.”
Now, whether or not all of those ugly, dirty, nasty and incredibly messy things between Meghan and her estranged Markle family members come out in the same fashion as they have for Johnny and Amber remains to be seen.
